You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use any kp365 service. Providing false age information is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Each player may hold only one kp365 account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed. Bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts will be voided and withheld from withdrawal.
All bonuses and promotional offers at kp365 are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until playthrough conditions specified in the applicable promotion are fully met.
kp365 reserves the right to void bets, close accounts, and withhold withdrawals where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of system errors is identified.
Withdrawal requests at kp365 require completed KYC identity verification. Payments are processed in PKR to verified Pakistani accounts only — via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or registered bank accounts.
All kp365 players retain the right to set deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, and request self-exclusion at any time through their account settings — no justification or approval required.
In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions shall apply:
To register a kp365 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
kp365 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing account at its sole discretion if it determines, at any time, that any of the above eligibility criteria are not or were not satisfied.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the kp365 Platform. Users who attempt to register multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — will have all duplicate accounts closed. All Bonus Balances, pending withdrawals, and winnings associated with duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.
You are solely and entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under your kp365 Account. This responsibility is non-transferable and includes the following obligations:
kp365 shall not be liable for any losses, including financial losses, arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your login credentials or any other breach of these Account security obligations on your part.
kp365 may require you to complete KYC verification — including submission of a government-issued Pakistani identity document (CNIC), proof of registered mobile number ownership, and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal request or as part of an account review. Failure or refusal to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by kp365 may result in Account suspension and withholding of the withdrawal pending resolution.
kp365 processes all financial transactions exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the Platform:
Deposits: All deposit transactions are processed in real time or within a short processing window, depending on the payment method. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. kp365 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own service charges. Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon successful confirmation from the payment gateway.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Once verified, withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes during standard operating conditions, to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. kp365 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds for withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds as part of anti-money laundering compliance.
Reversal of Transactions: kp365 reserves the right to reverse deposits or withhold withdrawal processing in cases of suspected fraudulent transactions, payment disputes, or where the depositing payment account has been flagged by the relevant payment processor.
Funds held in a kp365 Account do not accrue interest. kp365 is not a bank or financial institution, and Account balances are not covered by any deposit protection scheme.

All bets placed and games played on the kp365 Platform are governed by the specific game rules published within each product, the kp365 Sportsbook Rules applicable to cricket and other sports markets, and the general principles set out in this section.
Sportsbook: Bets placed on kp365 cricket, PSL, and other sports markets are final once confirmed. kp365 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or events that are subsequently declared void by the relevant sporting body. Settlement of markets follows the official result declared by the governing body of the sport concerned. In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time due to live data issues — bets placed during a suspension period may be voided at kp365's discretion.
Casino Games: All slot games and table games on kp365 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Results are genuinely random and cannot be influenced by kp365, game providers, or players. System Errors: In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, kp365 will endeavour to reconstruct the session state from server logs. Where a fair reconstruction is not possible, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to the User's Real Money Balance. kp365 is not liable for losses arising from a User's own network connectivity issues during a live betting or gaming session.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kp365 Platform and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, game assets, odds data, written content, and other materials accessible through the kp365 Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of kp365 or are licensed to kp365 by third-party content providers under agreement.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the kp365 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, modify, translate, transmit, create derivative works from, or publicly display any Platform content; use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform; or frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any external website or application.
The kp365 name, logo, and associated marks are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in connection with any product or service is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kp365 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:
Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, kp365's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kp365 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, or fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (subject to any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days.
Closure by kp365: kp365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Where an Account is closed for cause (i.e., as a result of a breach by the User), kp365 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms the breach, balances attributable to fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will be forfeited.

Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address or mobile number registered on their Account, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice prior to the changes taking effect, except where changes are required urgently by regulatory mandate or for security reasons.
Your continued use of the kp365 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and notify kp365 of your intention to close your Account.
The version of these Terms and Conditions displayed on this page is the current, binding version applicable to all active kp365 Accounts. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page confirms the effective date of the current version.
kp365 operates as an internationally licensed online gaming operator. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under kp365's operating licence jurisdiction.
